Climate change is a phenomena that affects everyone in every corner of the globe. It affects our way of life, reflects in the things we should do, the way we should behave, our regard for limited resources, and how to contain the damage that we have been causing.
Whilst this site is managed by Malaysia Airlines’ Environment department, its aim is to share, educate, and at the same time learn about what we are- and should, be doing to slow down the impact we have had on the environment since industrialisation.
This site is a collection of tips, news, and developments that are related to climate change and the environment.
- As a traveler, we aim to share tips on how to be a “responsible” tourist; as opposed to an eco-tourist;
- As related interests, we aim to share the developments and stance that the aviation sector and other industries and governments around the world are taking in tackling this global issue;
- More related to home, we also intend to share internal developments and efforts of our role in “being green”.
As a start, Malaysia Airlines is collaborating with Wild Asia in the development of this content. As this site and content develops, we welcome the collaboration from other “common but differentiated” interests groups to participate in this journey.
